On Dec. 6th, 2019 at approximately 10:30 p.m., Guelph Police received a report of a collision involving two vehicles.
Officers arrived on scene and a roadside screening test was administered to one of the drivers in which they failed. The female driver was arrested for Operation while Impaired and brought to the Guelph Police Station for additional breath tests.
The female driver was further charged with Operation while Impaired-BAC.
The 20-year-old female was later released on a Promise to Appear with a court date of Dec. 17th, 2019.
