Crews respond to three suspicious fires

At least two barns and a house were damaged as a result

COUNTY OF WELLINGTON - Today at approximately 5:53 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) along with crews from Town of Erin Fire and Emergency Services responded to a fire at a barn at 8813 Sideroad 27, Town of Erin.

Fire Crews are currently on scene and the building is fully engulfed.

Moments later at approximately 6 a.m., OPP were advised of a fire at 8688 Sideroad 15, Township of Guelph-Eramosa. Guelph-Eramosa Fire Department is on scene. Initial reports indicated there was fire to both a house and a barn at this location. Fire crews have extinguished the fire to the house and are currently working on the barn.

At approximately 6:52 a third fire was discovered by emergency personnel in the area. Fire crews are on route to a barn fire at 5292 Third Line, Guelph-Eramosa.
