Guelph Police go to a wide range of calls during a week. Here are the total numbers for some of the calls we went on over the past week. From Tuesday Jan. 15 at midnight until Monday Jan. 21 at 11:59 p.m.

  • 3 assault calls
  • 7 property damage calls
  • 11 alarm calls
  • 6 fight calls
  • 26 neighbour/landlord disputes
  • 40 domestic disturbances
  • 6 public intoxication calls
  • 26 unwanted persons calls
  • 32 mental health calls
  • 42 suspicious person or vehicle calls
  • 41 motor vehicle collisions
  • 20 driving complaints
  • 30 theft from residence or car calls
  • 29 noise complaints
  • 8 shoplifters

The Guelph Police were involved in 1,316 incidents in this time frame. Incidents involve everything from traffic stops and accidental 911 calls to domestics and break and enters.
