Guelph Police go to a variety of calls every day. Here are the total numbers for some of the calls we went on over the past week, from Tuesday, Feb. 5 at 7 a.m., until Tuesday, Feb. 12 at 7 a.m.

  • 19 Break and enters
  • 11 Property damage calls
  • 7 Alarm calls
  • 8 Disturbance calls
  • 29 Domestic disturbances
  • 15 Mental Health calls
  • 49 Check well-being of person calls
  • 22 Unwanted persons calls
  • 36 Suspicious person or vehicle calls
  • 40 Motor vehicle collisions (includes minor damage, injury collisions and hit and runs)
  • 20 Driving complaint

The Guelph Police were involved in 1,414 incidents in this time frame. Incidents involve everything from traffic stops and accidental 911 calls to domestics and break and enters. Mental health calls are also often captured under check well being of person calls, unwanted person calls and suspicious person calls.
