At approximately 5:40 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2018, an act of mischief occurred at the location of Victoria Road South and Elizabeth Street in the City of Guelph. Two unknown males on bicycles were seen painting graffiti underneath the Victoria Road Bridge.
