On Feb. 12, 2018 at approximately 3:10 p.m., Guelph Police went to a Martin Street residence to investigate a disturbance. During this investigation, police discovered a small marijuana grow operation of 48 small plants within the residence. Both the male and female resident were arrested.
A 37-year-old Guelph female has been charged with mischief under $5,000.
A 35-year-old Guelph male has been charged with assault, mischief under $5,000 and production of a controlled substance.
Both will appear in court on March 30, 2018.
