TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON - On July 13, 2019, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of suspicious behaviour at a retail store on Tower Street South in the Town of Fergus. It was reported that an unknown person was taking photos of women with a cell phone.

OPP is asking the public for their assistance in identifying this person. 

The suspect is described as an older male, caucasian, 250 lbs (113 kg), white hair and mustache wearing glasses, a black ball-cap, brown t-shirt and blue jeans.

Any person with information regarding this person should contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. You may be eligible for a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $2,000.
