At approximately 2 a.m. this morning, a male driving a silver Volkswagen Jetta on Scottsdale Drive left the road and struck a utility pole. The male driver then fled the area on foot towards Ironwood Drive. The male was described as a black male approximately 20-25 years of age wearing a red t-shirt.
Scottsdale Drive between Cole Road and Whispering Ridge is currently closed and will be until approximately noon for crews to repair the damage.
