False fire alarm under investigation

On Feb. 20, 2020 at 8:45 p.m., an adult male pulled the fire alarm of a commercial building located in the downtown core of the City of Guelph. The Guelph Fire Department attended the scene and found no sign of fire.

The male who pulled the alarm left the area before the Guelph Fire Department arrived at the scene. He’s described as:
    •    Caucasian
    •    Early 20s
    •    Slim build
    •    Wearing a grey jacket, dark pants, dark shoes, red shirt and a red/white Canada toque

Police are also looking to speak with another male who was in the area when the alarm was pulled. He’s described as:
    •    Early 20s
    •    Medium build
    •    Short brown hair
    •    Wearing a blue jacket, dark pants and dark shoes
