TOWNSHIP OF CENTRE WELLINGTON - On June 27, 2017, Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a theft of tires from Reliable Ford on Tower Street, Fergus.

Investigation revealed that overnight unknown suspect(s) removed four tires and rims from a 2016 Ford F-150 truck. The tires are ATM size 275/50/R20 and the rims are Ford branded six-spoke 20" pewter rims with Hankook Dynapro. The approximate value of the tires and rims is $5,000. The theft is believed to have occurred around 4 a.m.

Police are currently examining evidence gathered from the scene and are asking any person with information regarding this to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
