On Monday at 1:23 p.m., a member of the Guelph Police Service Traffic Unit began conducting speed enforcement in the area of an elementary school located near the intersection of Clair Road East and Victoria Road South. In just over two hours, five provincial offence notices were issued, four for speeding and one for disobeying a sign.

Guelph police would like to encourage the public to slow down and follow all the rules of the road to help ensure everyone arrives to their destination safely.
