Four face numerous drug charges

Charges include possession, trafficking and more

On June 30, 2017, at 4 p.m., members of the Guelph Police Service High Enforcement Action Team (HEAT) were in the downtown core in the City of Guelph when they observed an (alleged) drug transaction between two males. Both males were arrested and a search incident to arrest revealed that they were in possession of drugs.

Frank Dawes, 38 years of Guelph, was charged with trafficking a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a prohibited weapon, two counts of breach of probation order and two counts of breach of weapons prohibition order. He was held for a bail hearing.

Fermin Felipe, 62 years of Guelph, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and will appear in court in August.

Jason Fernandes, 30 years of Guelph, charged with trafficking a controlled substance, two counts of breach of probation and breach of recognizance. He was held for a Bail Hearing.

Ryan Sizer, 34 years of no fixed address, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a prohibited weapon, two counts of breach of weapons prohibition order, breach of recognizance and three counts of breach of probation. He was held for a Bail Hearing.
