In the last 24 hours, Guelph Police dealt with 270 calls or service

The following news release was issued today by the Guelph Police Service:

Ten charges
A 43-year-old Guelph male was due to appear in court on Nov. 20, 2018 for breaching his Probation, failing to attend court, failing to re-attend court, two counts of break and enter, and possession of break-in instruments. The male did not appear in court. The male was also wanted on a separate warrant for three counts of failing to comply with recognizance.

On Jan. 11, 2019, the male was observed outside an apartment complex on Carden Street and was arrested on the strength of the warrants. The male was further charged with failing to re-attend court.

The male is scheduled to appear in bail court on Jan. 11, 2019.
