Multiple thefts - arrest
On Jan. 18, 2019 Guelph police were called downtown, where there was a male acting suspiciously. The male was identified and spoken to. The male was wanted as a result of theft investigations throughout Guelph. Richard Breeze, a 58-year-old Guelph male, was charged with four counts of theft under. He was given a March 5, 2019 court date.
