Break and enter, car theft update, and construction vehicles damaged

Construction vehicles damaged

On July 21, 2016 at 6:45 a.m., the Guelph Police went to the Keating Street construction site for the report of property damage. Sometime overnight, three machines had their windows smashed with rocks. The estimated value of the damage is $2,000.

Break and enter

On July 21, 2016 at 12:25 p.m., the Guelph Police went to a Curtis Drive residence to investigate a break and enter. It is believed the culprit(s) entered the garage sometime on Monday night and stole a chainsaw and a carton of cigarettes.

Theft of car - update

On July 21, 2016 at 4:10 a.m., the Guelph Police went to Starwood Avenue for the report of a stolen car that just occurred. Police searched the area but could not locate the car. It is described as a grey Toyota Corolla with Ontario plates 913TLS.

On July 21, 2016 at 2:55 p.m., the Guelph Police received a call that the car was parked on Troy Crescent. At this time there are no suspects but the investigation is ongoing.
