Guelph man accused of break and enter, exposing himself and more

On Oct. 7, 2018 at approximately 8:34 a.m., Guelph Police were called to a business on Delhi Street in regard to a break and enter in progress. Police attended to the business and located a male inside the business. After a short struggle with police, the male was arrested for break and enter.

Through investigation, it was learned that the male had (allegedly) damaged a window to a business on Eramosa Road that was approximately $2,500 to replace. It was also (alleged that) the male had tried to engage in a fight at another business on Eramosa Road and also exposed himself to several people. The male was further charged with mischief under $5,000, cause a disturbance, and indecent act. The male was also charged with three counts of breaching his Probation Order.

Leslie Gagnon, a 45-year-old Guelph male appeared in court on Oct. 8, 2018.
