On Jan. 30, 2019 at approximately 8 p.m., the male was observed by an officer in the downtown breaching a condition of his probation. He was subsequently arrested and charged with eight counts of breach of probation.
During a search as a result of this arrest, the male was found to be in possession of bear spray and a large knife. He was further charged with carry concealed weapon, possession of a prohibited weapon, four counts of possession of a weapon contrary to prohibition order and enter premises when entry prohibited.
He will appear in bail court today.
