Guelph man faces trafficking charges

In January 2018, the Guelph Police Service Drug Unit initiated an investigation into trafficking. On Jan. 23, 2018 this investigation lead to the arrest of a male. A 48-year-old Guelph male has been charged with four counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking. As a result of this investigation, police seized approximately $1,600 worth of drugs, which included pills, heroin and fentanyl. The male was held for a bail hearing.
