Guelph woman accused of assaulting paramedics

On Sept. 17, 2018 at approximately 5:06 p.m., Guelph Police were called to assist two members of the Guelph Wellington Paramedics in regard to a combative female.

The paramedics were assisting the female when she (allegedly) punched and kicked the paramedics, causing the paramedics injuries which resulted in them receiving medical attention. A cell phone was also broken by the female when she kicked the paramedic in the chest.

Katherine Kraemer, a 23-year-old Guelph women was charged with two counts of assault and one count of mischief under $5,000. Kraemer is scheduled to appear in court Oct. 30, 2018.
