In October of 2017, Guelph Police began a fraud investigation involving a 23-year-old Guelph female.
As a result of the investigation, Colbi-Ann Evans was arrested and charged with three counts of uttering a forged document, theft under, unauthorized use of a credit card, identity fraud, and fraud over $5,000.
Evans appeared in court on June 11, 2018.
