TOWN OF ERIN - Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a male from the Town of Erin after receiving a complaint from a victim who had transferred money in the exchange for Collectors Canadian Currency and an Auston Matthews rookie card and never received the goods.

The victim completed an on-line purchase from a website "LetGo" and paid for the good through e-transfer. The victim never received the items that he had paid for.

31-year-old Gordon Leslie, from the Town of Erin, has been charged with fraud under $5,000 contrary to the Criminal Code. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Criminal Court Jun. 6, 2017 to answer to the charge.
