Lawn driving incident ends in over-80 charge

Drive over 80 mg - arrest

On November 19, 2016 at 3:54 p.m., the Guelph Police were called to an Edinburgh Road South residence for the report that a motor vehicle had driven onto the lawn causing property damage.

Police spoke with the male driver and a demand was made for a roadside breath sample. He failed this test and was arrested.

Steven Seixeiro, 23 years of Guelph, has been charged with drive over 80 mg. He will appear in court on December 9, 2016.
