On March 13, 2019, the Guelph Police Service commenced an investigation into allegations against a 48-year-old Guelph business owner in relation to sexual offences involving a youth.
On March 13, Pablo Suarez was arrested and charged by the Guelph Police Service for luring a child under the age of 18, sexual assault, and sexual exploitation. Pablo Suarez has owned and operated his business, Pablos World of Cartoons, for the past 11 years.
