A Guelph male faces criminal charges after calling for an ambulance Monday morning. The 33-year-old called for an ambulance to a Waterloo Avenue apartment about 3:35 a.m. after smoking marijuana.

Guelph police also attended and found the male was breaching terms of an undertaking by being at the apartment and being in the company of a female who was also on scene.

After being medically cleared, the male was arrested for two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking. He was held for a bail hearing Monday morning.
