TOWN OF MINTO – On October 11, 2016 at approximately 11:30 a.m., Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated the theft of alcohol from the LCBO in Palmerston.
A man [allegedly] left the store without paying for an item and was arrested a short time later. He was also breaching conditions of his probation orders.
33-year-old Franz Bergen-Dyck of Palmerston has been charged with Theft Under $5,000 and Breach of Probation X 2.
He appeared in Guelph Bail Court on Oct. 12, 2016.
