On Oct. 15, 2019 security officers from the Old Quebec Street Mall requested assistance with a male party who was refusing to leave the property. En route to the location, it was confirmed that this male had previously been trespassed indefinitely from the property.
Once on scene, officers confirmed the identity of this male and it was also discovered that he was currently wanted for assault, mischief and utter threats to cause death for an unrelated incident.
At 7:43 a.m., the 30-year-old male was arrested and taken into police custody. He was subsequently held for a bail hearing.
