Man arrested for prescription fraud

He faces charges of use forged document and breach of probation

On Sept. 3, 2019 at approximately 6 p.m., Guelph police were called to a south end pharmacy where there was a report of a male that had submitted a fraudulent prescription. Investigation led to the identification of the suspect.

On Oct. 18, 2019, a 33-year-old Guelph man was arrested and charged with use of forged document and breaching his probation order.
