On Wednesday, Jan. 10, 2018, at approximately 9 a.m., Wellington County O.P.P. responded to a break-in at a residence on Bernardi Crescent, Rockwood. Initial reports indicated that an unwanted male had broken into the home and was inside.
Police attended and found the male sleeping in the home. He was arrested and removed from the home.
19-year-old Forrest Duff Gayfer of Guelph has been charged with being unlawfully in a dwelling house, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada. He is scheduled to appear in Guelph Court on Feb. 13, 2018.
