In the late evening hours of August 13, a male (allegedly) approached female patrons of a south-end plaza and continually tried to engage them in unwanted conversation. After a period of time, (it is alleged) the male then exposed himself to the females and when the females threatened to call police, the male left the area.
Investigation led to the identification of the male and at approximately 3 a.m. today, police arrested the male at his Guelph residence.
The 40-year-old man is charged with an indecent act and criminal harassment. He was held in custody and will appear in bail court today.
