Just before 9 p.m. on Jan. 24, Guelph police, fire and ambulance were called to the gym of a Guelph grade school when a 54-year-old man collapsed in the gym while he was playing basketball.
CPR was performed and credited with saving the man’s life.
He regained consciousness before being transported to hospital for follow-up care.
