On Aug. 27, 2019, just prior to 5:55 a.m, an adult female was walking on the bike path that runs parallel to Edinburgh Road North, near Willow Road on the east side of Edinburgh Road North in the City of Guelph. As she was walking, she crossed paths with a male walking a bicycle. The male exposed himself and attempted to initiate a conversation. The female then ran away and contacted police.
The suspect is described as male white, 35 years, 5’6, medium build, wearing a dark sweater, light colored undershirt, possibly a toque and riding a bicycle that seemed too small for him.
