Man facing slew of charges following collision

CAMBRIDGE - The Ontario Provincial Police Highway Safety Division Cambridge Detachment has charged a man with multiple criminal offences resulting from a motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 in Puslinch Township.

On Aug. 15, 2018 at approximately 7:55 a.m. officers from the Cambridge OPP were called to a two-vehicle motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 eastbound in Puslinch Township. 

Officers arrived on scene and found both involved drivers being treated for non-life-threatening injuries by paramedics. Witnesses advised that one of the involved vehicles was being operated in an erratic manner prior to the collision. 

As a result of the investigation Robert Adam, a 54-year-old-man from Windsor, Ontario has been charged with impaired by drug, dangerous driving, and fail to comply with probation order.  Adam is scheduled to appear on Sept. 25, 2018 in Guelph Court to answer to the charges.
