Man suffers serious injuries in downtown stabbing

On Sept. 23, 2018 at approximately 12:05 a.m., Guelph Police were called to a stabbing in the downtown core involving several males. Police attended to the area and after a brief foot pursuit, a male was arrested without incident.

A 20-year-old male was taken to hospital for serious, but non-life threatening injuries.

Courage Allick, a 21-year-old North York male, was charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and weapons dangerous. Allick appeared in court on Sept. 23, 2018.
