On Sept. 15, 2019 at approximately 2:30 p.m., Police responded to a collision at the intersection of Edinburgh Road South and Water Street in the city of Guelph involving three motor vehicles.
As a result of the incident, one of the drivers was transported to the Guelph General Hospital with minor injuries and the responsible driver was subsequently charged with an HTA offence - turn not in safety 142(1).
