Guelph Police Service dealt with 202 calls for service over the weekend

The following news releases were issued today by the Guelph Police Service:

April 14, Police arrest four on warrants
A 35-year-old Guelph man arrested on a warrant for fail to appear. He will appear in court May 31, 2019.

A 23-year-old Guelph male arrested on a Waterloo warrant. He was returned to Waterloo Regional Police.

A 60-year-old Guelph female arrested a warrant for theft under. She will appear in court on May 31, 2019.

A 57-year-old Guelph female arrested on a warrant for fail to appear.

Calls for Service
Over the past 24 hours, the Guelph Police Service dealt with 202 calls for service.

Break and enters over the weekend
On April 14, 2019, the Guelph Police went to an Extra Street residence for a break and enter. The culprit(s) gained entry to the basement sometime overnight and stole electronics and cash.

On April 13, 2019, the Guelph Police went to a Dawson Road business for a break and enter.  The culprit(s) gained entry to the fenced yard then went through company trucks stealing tools.

On April 13, 2019, the Guelph Police went to a Woolwich Street apartment building for a break and enter. The culprit(s) gained entry to the locker room and attempted to access the office. No theft is reported.
