Guelph Police Service dealt with 588 calls for service over the weekend

The following news releases were issued today by the Guelph Police Service:

Mischief arrest
On June 23, 2018 at approximately 2:25 p.m., Guelph Police were called to the downtown in regard to a male kicking over an e-bike and causing damage to it.

As a result, Brian McQuilken, a 38-year-old Kitchener male, was arrested and charged for mischief under $5,000. McQuilken is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 10, 2018.

Calls for service
From 6 a.m. on June 22, 2018 until 6 a.m. on June 25, 2018, the Guelph Police Service dealt with 588 calls for service.
