On Feb. 20, 2019, an elderly female was at a business on Stone Road in Guelph. She later received an alert that one of her cards had been used. She checked her purse and discovered that her wallet was now missing. Her card had since been used at locations in Guelph and Kitchener totalling over $3,000. Video surveillance shows three males (allegedly) distracting the female while observing her pin and then removing the wallet from her purse.
