Police are investigating the theft of more than $9,000 worth of tools from a work van parked in the south end.
Officers were called to an address in the area of Arkell Road and Ridgeway Avenue on Wednesday morning. Sometime overnight the van, which was parked in a driveway, was entered and a large quantity of hand and power tools were taken.
