On March 21, 2020, a 31-year-old man was arrested by Guelph Police Service officers and suffered a fractured right ankle in and around the same time. The
Director of the Special Investigations Unit, Joseph Martino, has determined there are no reasonable grounds to believe that either of the arresting officers committed a criminal offence in connection with the man’s arrest and injury.
