OPP searching for missing Wellington North man

Levi Larter was last seen on the evening of Nov. 8

TOWNSHIP OF WELLINGTON NORTH – On Nov. 25, 2020 at approximately 12:30 p.m. the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a missing person at an address on Side Road 5 East in the Township of Wellington North.

Levi Edward Larter, 30-years-old of Wellington North Township, was last observed at his residence on the evening of Nov. 8, 2020.

He is described as male, white, 5'11 in height, 200 lbs in weight with blue eyes, brown hair and a full beard. He was last seen wearing grey fall coat with a fur trimmed collar, grey track pants, and black running shoes.  He is believed to carrying a blue and white backpack.

Mr. Larter has been known to frequent parks, conservation areas, and the City of Guelph.

Family and police are concerned for his safety and well-being. 

OPP are asking for the public's assistance in locating him.
