Nov. 6 original release
Eugene Kocsis, 64 years, was last seen on Wednesday, Nov. 2, 2016 at approximately 11 a.m. on the fourth floor of the Guelph General Hospital.
Kocsis was discharged from the Hospital on Nov. 2, 2016 and his whereabouts are unknown.
There are concerns for his safety due to medical issues that Kocsis has.
