Police arrest three in gas station armed robbery

A 13-year-old and two 18-year-old males were arrested in connection with the robbery

On the 19th of November 2016 at approximately 12:50 a.m., two males entered a gas station  located in the east end of Guelph. 

One of the males brandished a pistol while the second male attended to the cash register and removed a quantity of money. The two males then fled the area. Police were in the area within seconds and were able to stop a vehicle involved. 

As a result of the investigation, three persons were arrested. Police located a firearm in the vehicle as well as a quantity of drugs. 

An 18-year old Breslau male, an 18-year old Waterloo male and a 13-year-old male were charged with various offences including robbery with a firearm, point firearm, disguise with intent and possession of a controlled substance.  All three were held in custody for a bail hearing.
