11 a.m. Saturday. Guelph police report the man has been located safe.
Original 8:30 a.m. release:
The Guelph Police Service is requesting assistance in locating a 19-year-old male by the name of Justin Yu. At approximately 3:30 p.m. on the 15th of November, 2019, Yu left a note to his parents advising that he was going out for a walk. The family contacted police when he did not return home.
Yu was last seen wearing a red winter coat, green sweater, grey/brown pants and brown boots.
