Police called to Royal City Park to investigate indecent act

On July 30, 2018 at approximately 2:20 p.m., Guelph Police were called to Royal City Park for a report of an indecent act. It is alleged that a male approached a female in the park, began speaking in a sexual manner and touching himself. Police searched the area but the male was not located.

The male is described as white with tanned skin, in his late 30s, approximately 5’10” tall with a thin build, brown/blonde hair and crooked teeth. He was wearing a navy blue t-shirt and black basketball shorts.
