On June 13, 2018, Guelph Police were notified of a male who was deceased in the Speed River in the area of Wellington Street and Arthur Street.
As a result of the investigation, police have identified the male as Richard Jelly, a 64-year-old Guelph male.
At this time, Police are continuing their investigation and anyone with information is advised to contact Sgt. J. Guardiero at 519-824-1212 ext. 7459.
