On June 21, 2018, at approximately 4:24 p.m., Guelph Police were called to the trail on the south west side of the Speed River at Edinburgh Road in regard to a male masturbating.
The male is described as male white, mid 20s, thin build, wearing a dark baseball cap, and eye glasses. The male did not speak.
