MAPLETON - On Feb. 4 at approximately 7:25 a.m., members of the Wellington County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a stolen vehicle from an address on Nesbitt Street, Village of Alma.

The vehicle was last seen parked at the residence at approximately 2 a.m. on that date and neighbours reported it being gone at 5 a.m.  

The vehicle had a spare set of keys in it along with the ownership and insurance.

The vehicle is described as a 2008 Ford Escape, grey in colour SUV with Ontario marker of BZDA 460.

Any person with information regarding this incident is asked to contact the Wellington County OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Should you wish to remain anonymous, you may call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS) or submit a tip on-line. You may be eligible for a reward from Crime Stoppers of up to $2,000.
