Police look for driver of truck that hit street sign, tree and parked vehicle

Police are seeking witnesses to a fail to remain collision which occurred on Guelph Street at approximately 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 24, 2019.

Investigation has determined that a blue-coloured pickup truck was driving aggressively through the neighbourhood when it lost control, struck a street sign, mounted a curb and further struck a tree and parked vehicle. The truck was last seen accelerating north on Guelph Street and turning left heading West on Willow Road.

The responsible vehicle will have damage to the front centre and significant damage to the passenger side towards the rear. Anyone with information, or who observes a vehicle matching this description with the noted damage is asked to contact the investigating officer, Constable M.
