On Aug. 1, 2018 at approximately 10 a.m., Guelph Police were called to York Road for a report of an indecent act. It is alleged that a male was masturbating by the bridge. Police searched the area but the male was not located.
The male is describes as white, approximately 25 years old with a thin build and blonde hair. He was wearing a blue t-shirt and black jeans.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Cst B. Medencevic at 519-824-1212 ext 7235. Anonymous tips can be left at Crime Stoppers at 1-800-22-TIPS (8477) or submitted online.
