Police look for man with fake penis

On June 28, 2018 at approximately 8:30 a.m., Guelph Police were called to the area of Royal City Park, where there was a report of a male allegedly waving a fake penis at two young females on their way to school. Police searched the area but the male was not located.

The male is described as white, 40-50 years old with a slightly heavier build and dirty blond hair to the bottom of his ears. The male was described as wearing a navy blue sweater, black shorts and a blue baseball hat with white writing (possibly Toronto Maple Leafs) and he was riding a red bicycle.
